Perfect for kids under 10, Storytime yoga lets your little ones have tons of fun while improving flexibility and learning important relaxation and conscious breathing techniques. Along with creative movement and kid-friendly yoga poses, we read age-appropriate stories, sing songs, and play different games to stimulate your children's imagination and creativity.
