This class is for any child under 12 who needs to experience the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. They are excellent tools that can help kids to cope better, increase focus, and condition their brains. Practicing mindfulness/meditation daily is like gaining a superpower that helps your children overcome situations they may face on any day. The time slots offered are flexible.
