This is a 50 minute prenatal yoga class focused on helping expecting mothers connect with their baby, maintain a healthy pregnancy, and alleviate common discomforts experienced throughout pregnancy. Our prenatal yoga will provide you with safe poses that bring balance and alignment to the spine, pelvis, pelvic floor and surrounding ligaments. This class focuses on beneficial poses, deep breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation techniques appropriate for all trimesters for an optimal birthing experience.
